Telangana Industry and Commerce Minister KT Rama Rao has made a solid pitch to Elon Musk for setting up units in India saying he would be "glad to accomplice Tesla in dealing with the difficulties".


Rama Rao's reaction came in answer to a tweet from Tesla Founder and CEO Elon Musk two or three days back in which he had said Tesla was managing many difficulties in beginning business in India.


"As yet managing a great deal of difficulties with the public authority," Musk tweeted on January 13 answering to a Twitter client who got some information about a report on Tesla's India strategies.

"Hello Elon, I am the Industry and Commerce Minister of Telangana state in India. Will be glad to accomplice Tesla in managing the difficulties to set shop in India/Telangana. Our state is a hero in manageability drives and a first class business objective in India," Rama Rao said answering to Elon Musk tweet.

Elon Musk declared in 2020 that Tesla would set up assembling units for electric vehicles in India. A Tesla auxiliary firm named India Motors and Energy Private Limited has been set up. The organization is based out of Bengaluru.
